Review of Chapter Two

This may be a long night. I have accidentally written too much of Chapter 2 using first person, so that will have to be changed. Today's class helped, I did not know we needed to do a font study in the chapter. I have also contact Professor Chu for additional questions. I am not going to include her as a panel of experts, but she will be down as a professional in the field. I figured the more questions I ask, the more clear my ideas will flow in my research. Or something like that. I hope to have a large bulk of Chapter 3 done tonight. I am going to look for more images to add to my first two chapters, to try to make it less dry. Good thing I have 5 Red Bulls waiting in the fridge for me :)

Slowly but surely

I have a meeting to go over my ad campaign with Professor Trogu! I am hoping that he can critique my drafts and give his input on what can be done to make the ads better. I have continued to collect information for my report. I have finished up with Mark Orr's survey and added another person to my sources. My brother has the disease and I interview him for additional information.

Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America

Today I met with Morley Strom from the Northern Chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America! She was great and so helpful! I was able to interview with her and she gave me a bunch of their brochures that they use to distribute to Doctor's offices and to patients.

I just found an ad campaign for Crohn's disease... But I have never seen it on billboards or in television ads...

Panel of Experts

This has been tough to get contacts for. Doctors are not the easiest people to reach! I did get someone for my marketing aspect of the project:

About Me

Hello! My name is Chrystal Campbell. I am a senior at San Francisco State and will be graduating in December with a degree in Industrial Art with a concentration in Interdisciplinary. I am a originally from a little town named Galt, which is near Sacramento. I have always been interested in the Arts. When I was younger, I took painting classes, watercolor classes and other art classes for as long as I can remember. In high school I was very involved with our schools engineering program. Mrs. Crane was in charge of those classes and she was a big influence with getting me involved with CAD software and the interest in product development. I have always been influenced by fashion. I am interested in antiques and floral prints. I love to read, run and hang out with my friends. I plan on continuing my education by obtaining my masters in either public relations or communication. My dream job would be at an advertising firm, working on campaigns or in their marketing department. I worked an internship last year at a Public Relations firm and it was one of the toughest jobs I ever had, but I learned so much from the company. I continue to help them out when needed today.

Six words that best describe me are:
